Mary Ann asks: “I want to use two of your leather wall shelves to flank a bed as a landing space for books, telephone, alarm clock, other miscellaneous items.

Are you aware of any reason why this would not work? Does this piece come with proper hardware to securely fasten to the wall? Is there a weight limitation or concern with regard to its use?”

Pfeifer Says: “We love that idea of using the shelves as bed side tables.

We provide screws and plastic anchors. You will need to attach them to the wall and then fit the screws into the grooves on the back of the shelf.

As long as your wall is able to hold the weight, the shelf will be able to take it as well.
The construction is very study and each shelf can take (estimate) up to 65 lbs.

We don’t suggest that anyone sit on them while attached to the wall, but books and the like will do just fine.

What a great idea! Please send images as we know many clients who would love to see how this turns out”
